Swan Nebula Celebration
A celebration of the color and energy found beyond our range of vision, this set of 12 individual wall panels is based on images sent back to Earth by the Hubble telescope. Using vitreous enamel over sheets of highly polished copper, the artist captures movement and creates depth, adding nuggets of glass to catch the light and add sparkle to the composition. Each panel may go through multiple cycles of adding powdered glass and firing to achieve the final result. Because the medium is glass, not paint, the colors are permanent, and the piece can be installed outdoors or in direct light. Ready to hang. Each panel measures 12"H, 15"L. Suitable for outdoor use Outdoor temperature range: 5°-105° F Includes protective coating One-of-a-kind piece Signed by the artist Minor assembly required: French cleats are included Materials: Glass, Enamel, Copper Fabric & Care May be displayed outdoors in temperatures between 5 and 105 degrees F.
