Sunset Sunrise - Sculptural Pendant Light

The work with the title ‘Sunset/Sunrise’ is a lighting object which is about an abstract interpretation of both the sunrise and sunset. The ‘Sunset/Sunrise’ consists of a big glass light bulb with a large panel on both sides of the bulb, these panels consist of anodized, gold-coloured, aluminium reflectors that can stop or steer the light. Within the concept it’s about the interaction with the ‘user’, in contrast to the invisible wifi controls that are often implemented in current light sources the ‘Sunset/Sunrise’ requires a physical action to be performed in order to steer or dim the light. The aluminium panels measure 75 cm by 50 cm and have a brushed surface which caus- es the light to reflect in a particular, diffuse manner. The pulleys are specifically designed and are lathed from aluminium which is anodised in the same colour as the panels. The light bulb is made of opal glass and the cross-sections measures 40 cm. Limited edition of 3 pieces.

Golden Gradient Side Table

A sculptural side table featuring a handcrafted cuboid atop a single column, forming a simple T-shaped silhouette. The surface is hand-burnished brass, with a soft gradient that transitions from deep, rich brown at the base to a radiant gold at the top. Each layer is carefully applied and polished by hand, creating a surface of unique texture and depth that cannot be replicated. Works as a side table or sculptural accent piece in any interior. Every table is fully handcrafted in Germany, making each piece one of a kind. The oxidized finish is built up layer by layer, each one carefully applied by hand. Bespoke finishes and dimensions are available upon request.

CX1 — Sculptural Coffee Table. Limited edition 8 + 1 AP

CX1 is a limited-edition sculptural coffee table from the CORTEX collection, handcrafted from marble and stainless steel. Its design explores the relationship between geometric structures and organic surfaces, creating a distinctly horizontal composition in which the different elements overlap and interconnect. The precision of the metal structures contrasts with the natural veining and irregular contours of the marble, while the junctions between stone and steel play a central role in its construction. The meticulous attention to these connections and finishes reveals the technical complexity of its handcrafted production and reinforces its sculptural character. The arrangement of its elements and the contrast between the solidity of the stone and the visual lightness of the metal structure create a composition that goes beyond its function as a coffee table. Its sculptural presence and proportions establish a distinctive relationship with the surrounding space. Produced in a limited edition of 8 pieces + 1 artist's proof, CX1 is a collectible design piece in which formal exploration, the dialogue between materials and the complexity of its handcrafted production take centre stage
