Ancient Rings 70
This kiln-formed glass vessel exudes a sense of woven harmony and structural intricacy. Composed of thousands of pieces meticulously cut from sheet glass, this piece features a canvas of ivory rings interspersed with alternating accents of pale green and soft turquoise. The grid-like arrangement of rectangular inlays creates a rhythmic, woven effect, evoking the patterns of textiles or latticework. The pale green and turquoise elements interact dynamically with light, their translucent properties casting subtle glows that shift with the viewer’s perspective.
